Dumbbell Snatch

Athletic Benefits: The
DB snatch is one of the best ways to develop power in athletes. It has a
much lower level learning curve than the barbell snatch, but still teaches
athletes to transfer power from the lower body to the upper body. This
exercise will also help balance the shoulders since it is a one arm
movement.
