Athletic Benefits:  This exercises develop shoulder strength and stability, which is important for preventing injuries from bar arms and other pinning combinations for wrestling. It will also develop crushing strength in the adductor muscles that is extremely important for riding legs on top for grapplers and MMA fighters.
