Lateral Lunge

Movement Category: Unilateral Knee Dominant

Athletic Benefits:  Most of the time training is only done in a linear fashion, but take place in all planes of movement. This exercise will help build strength in lateral strength in the muscles of the inner and outer thigh. This movement will also helps stretch out the adductor and improve hip mobility in the frontal plane.
