Trap Bar Dead Stop Rows

Movement Category: Upper Body Pull

Athletic Benefits:  This a great movement to developing starting strength and overall pulling power. The trap bar allows the athletes to get in a position, which puts much less stress on the low back as compared to a traditional barbell rows. By performing each rep from the floor also eliminates any momentum or cheating typically associated with heavy rows.
