Athletic Benefits:  Sled pushing is one of the best exercises an athlete can do for overall strength and conditioning. Using a sled with the entire team isn’t always practically, but with the use of the val slides it make it possible. The Val Slide sled push is an amazing exercise to improve local muscular endurance in the legs and improve metabolic conditioning. These can easily be performed on any turf field or wrestling mat making it a great option for ball players and combat athletes.
