Movement Category: Unilateral Knee Dominant

Athletic Benefits:  Step ups are a great exercise to help grove the pattern for single leg squats. By having the load in the front of the body the muscles of the core and upper back have to work much harder making it a more sport specific movement. This is great exercises for grapplers and ball players.
