Athletic Benefits: The single leg Hip thrust is the best exercise
for develop balance in the glutes from side to side. The athlete must also
use their core muscles to balance their hips and create stability. This
increased glute activation and core stability will also help lower back
pain as an added benefit. Adding chains across the waist make this a
tremendous exercise for all athletes looking to be powerful and balanced
throughout their hips.
