Core strength is incredible important for all grapplers. All types of ab wheel kneeling rollout variation are great as well as the standing versions. They teach the athlete how to brace their muscles for impact as well as how to resist spinal movement. Many athletes can perform kneeling rollouts with relative ease after a acquiring a solid base of strength, but the standing roll out is extremely difficult to progress to. This movement is a good in between progression to bridge the gap between standing and kneeling rollouts. This exercise will help take your core strength to the next level.
