Feet Elevated Chain Push Ups Movement Category: Upper Body Push Athletic Benefits: Push ups are one of the best upper body exercises for relative strength. By elevated the feet and adding chains the push becomes an amazing strength builder as well as a amazing core exercise. Push ups in general are also more shoulder friendly than traditional bench press variations and are ideal for overhead athletes such as baseball pitchers.
