Wrestler-Power Series #14 Recline Rope Climb

Recline Rope Climb Movement Category: Upper Body Pull Athletic Benefits: Rope climbing is one of the best exercises to develop the grip and upper back for all athletes. Some athletes may not possess the strength right away to do a full rope climb even with the feet. This is a great option for athletes who can't climb the rope yet, and is also an option for facility with low ceiling or safety concerns on high ropes. If you don't have access to a power rack have a partner anchor your feet for you.
