Kettlebell Goblet Squat Movement Category: Bilateral Knee Dominant Athletic Benefits: The goblet squat is the best way to get athletes to squat properly. The goblet squat works the core much more than a traditional squat since the weight is in the front of the body. This position also allows the lifter to get in a much lower position than normal, which will build strength in a greater range of motion and help improve hip mobility.
