Purpose
The main goal is to teach every participant the
importance of proper priorities that allow for maximum personal and
athletic development. Our objective is to teach every participant
to have fun, compete hard, compete smart and give a winning effort every
day in camp.

Program
Outline
One week of intense upper body and takedown techniques
for boys ages 8-18 years old.
July 12-13 Clinic on basic wrestling
techniques on both feet and takedowns.
July 14-16 Intense clinic on takedowns and all upper body wrestling
(throws).
Includes all three styles of wrestling: Freestyle, Greco-Roman and
Scholastic
