This is a commuter camp for those athletes who are looking to improve their wrestling skills and knowledge.  We are all former Nassau county wrestlers looking to give back to the community and sport that we all feel has dramatically improved our lives and made us successful in our particular endeavors. That is why the fee for our camp is only $150.00 for five days and five hours of top notch wrestling instruction. You may sign up at any time during the camp but we only have space for the first 125 wrestlers and trust me this is going to sell out fast.

From Southern State (E or W). Exit 29 S Rte 107. Travel about 300 yards. Turn left onto Wyngate Drive.

From 135 (SOB). Exit 4 South-Rte 107. Travel about ½ mile. Pass the southern state parkway. Turn left onto Wyngate Drive.
