Hello Long Island Wrestling,
My name is Chris Wade I am a 24 year old wrestler and Professional MMA Fighter from Suffolk County. I am currently offering both group and private lessons to all ages and skill levels. Not only have I competed at nearly every level of wrestling, I have coached at nearly every level as well. This experience has helped me to become better at conveying what I know about our great sport to athletes of all ages and skill level based on their needs. My goal is to help any athlete who is eager to learn how to improve both physically on the mat and mentally in order to bring out the most in them as a wrestler and a person as they grow in life. My credentials are as follows:
2x Suffolk County Finalist
(2004-2005)
CAA All-Conference 157 lbs
(2006) 5th Division III Nationals (2009)
3-0 MMA / 2-0 Pro MMA As a side note, it is popular
belief that wrestling is the most essential base to have in order to cross
over into the world of Mixed Martial Arts. Anyone who is interested in
taking MMA and or Striking lessons in order to get a head start in
pursuing MMA after wrestling, I am available for those as well. Thank You
